Shanglin's foundry has advanced three-phase Arc Furnaces utilizing redox process to minimize impurities and gas entrapment. Casting processes include investment casting, sand casting, centrifugal casting and lost foam castings in cast iron, steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and heat resistant alloys. Forgings can be supplied including open die forgings and die forgings. Our machining shop has CNC lathes, milling machines, planers, boring machines, horizontal boring and milling machines etc. We also have heat treatment furnaces to meet the requirements for mechanical properties for the products.
